Introduction to entry:
It's a story after 10 years. Ten years ago, we came to London with different motives and goals. Living in the North East London and attending Goldsmith at the time, I tried to adjust to life in London by sharing the culture and identity of each other with friends of various nationalities living together and those studying the same major at school. We filled the time given in our own way and left London and went back to our respective places. I've always wondered. Why did everyone come to London? How are they going to be doing after they left London? Do they remember me? How do you remember me? We grow through our daily lives. I wanted to tell you that young people from other countries who came to London share their lifestyles in their daily lives and share their own identities at the same time. Most people who have left their hometowns to come to other countries are influenced and shared by each other through meetings and sometimes deny each other. And we are constantly confronted with the question of who we are. Such worries contribute to cultural conflicts. This means that everyone's daily lives are moving forward and growing. Back there, we face another routine. You must have come across a different routine than we did before we went to London. Whether to take this as another growth in meaning or to stand somewhere in the middle of it, still unable to adapt and not in the past or present, is one's choice. Ten years later, the story simply shows how they are living in their current positions, but it ultimately means another cultural sharing through their present and past encounters. From 2016, I started searching through contacts and social media that had 14 friends who returned to their respective countries or hometowns. From 2017 to today, I have visited London, San Diego, Oslo, Iceland, Taipei and Shanghai in person to meet Meeting again, they were looking back on their present self, traveling time with me to the past. So do I. Each of us was focused on living hard there. It might have been more important and urgent how we lived than why we came back. So what kind of life did they and I have 10 years from now? I wonder what the daily routine we face from now on will mean to us. In this sense, the work is still ongoing, not an end. Until we meet our true What a Wonderful Day!
