Moustapha Elbou is a Mauritanian journalist and translator. He is very interested in Chinese Affairs. He is the founder and editor in chief of www.mandarim.info and one of the very few people who wrote and published about Chinese affairs in Mauritania. Graduated from Chinese English translation department in Nouakchott University then graduated from school of journalism in Mauritania. Moustapha Elbou did a part time translation and media content translation beside his work as a journalist and social media activist.
