The story is told from the viewpoint of an 11-year-old boy symbolizing the revival of Armenian-Chinese relations dating back to thousands of years. Throughout the docufiction video the boy discovers the Chinese trace in Armenia through Chinese manuscripts, visits to used-to-be caravanserais on the Great Silk Road, meets Chinese tourists in a popular Armenian sightseeing and decides to enter Armenian-Chinese Friendship School to learn Chinese. The film ends with a scene at a section of North-South Road Corridor connecting two borders of Armenia, which is being constructed by a Chinese company.

The target audience of the video is young generation. The purpose is to spark interest in Chinese culture and language among young people of Armenia.
