On April 20, 2023, under a blazing sun, a vivid scene was captured at Section 5 of the Standard Gauge Railway project along Tanzania’s Central Line—a project undertaken by China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC). Through the lens, foreign workers were seen fully engaged in their labor, diligently laying ballast and sleepers to push the construction forward.
