On May 8, 2024, in Madrid, Spain, guests attended the departure ceremony for the 10th anniversary of the opening of the China-Europe Railway (Yiwu-Madrid). On the same day, the departure ceremony for this commemorative train, marking the 10th anniversary of the operation of the China-Europe Railway Express (Yiwu-Madrid), was held in Madrid, the capital of Spain. More than 100 guests participated in the departure ceremony and visited the exhibition showcasing the achievements of the train service over the past decade. The commemorative train sounded its whistle and departed from Madrid on May 8, heading for Yiwu, China.
