The article "10 Years of an Initiative Reshaping the Global Stage" analyses the impact of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) since its creation in 2013 by Chinese President Xi Jinping. This project, originally focused on Eurasia, has expanded globally, including more than 150 countries, with a focus on infrastructure, technology, green economy, and health cooperation. The BRI is presented as a tool for China to redefine the world order, promoting inclusive globalization and a model of international relations based on mutual benefit.El artículo destaca cómo la IFyR está transformando las dinámicas geopolíticas y económicas a nivel global, especialmente en América Latina, donde Argentina ha comenzado a beneficiarse de inversiones chinas en infraestructura. Además, se subraya el aspecto cultural de la iniciativa, que busca fomentar un mayor entendimiento entre las naciones y promover un "diálogo civilizatorio" en un contexto de crisis del orden global tradicional. The article "10 years of an initiative that is reconfiguring the global stage" addresses the impact of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), a project that, in its first decade, has extended its influence globally. This program, initially conceived as an infrastructure network in Eurasia, has evolved to become a key tool of Chinese geopolitics to reform the international order, promoting inclusive globalization and a new model of international relations. The BRI has reached more than 150 countries, including 22 in Latin America, and has become a platform for cooperation in areas such as digital technology, the green economy, and health. In the Argentine case, this project has facilitated significant investments in infrastructure, such as electrical networks and railway projects, marking a new chapter in relations between China and Latin America. The article underlines that this initiative not only seeks to improve global infrastructure, but also to foster a "civilizing dialogue" and greater cultural understanding between countries. The IFyR is seen as a proposal that offers an alternative based on cooperation and mutual benefit. In communication terms, this article has the potential to influence public perception about China's role in global politics and its relationship with Argentina and Latin America. By presenting the IFyR as a transformative and beneficial initiative, the article aims to contribute to greater support and understanding of foreign policies that favor cooperation with China. Furthermore, by highlighting Argentina's inclusion in this global network, it reinforces the idea that the country is actively participating in the reconfiguration of the global scenario, which could influence public opinion on the future of Argentine foreign policy.
